• Final payment is due upon completion of works unless agreed otherwise in writing.

• Late payments may incur additional charges.

3. Access Requirements

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing safe and clear access to the property

• Informing us of known structural issues

• Removing vehicles, fragile items, or obstacles near work areas

• Ensuring pets and children are kept clear of work zones

We reserve the right to postpone work if access is unsafe.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

• Deposits for custom material orders may be non-refundable.

5. Weather & Delays

Roofing work is weather dependent. We may reschedule works due to unsafe weather conditions including heavy rain, high winds, or snow.

We will always communicate delays as early as possible.

6. Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your property, Summit Roofing & Exteriors shall not be held liable for:

• Pre-existing damage

• Hidden structural defects

• Internal leaks caused by previously compromised roofing systems

• Delays outside of our control

We carry appropriate public liability insurance.

7. Warranties

Where applicable, workmanship warranties will be provided in writing. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials supplied.
